Talents of Endearment Business Smart Apprenticeships (TEBSA) , is a customizable dynamic platform to help employers around the world prepare contracted apprentices (high schools, and college students and graduates) to explore new opportunities and solve challenges for their business during the interim apprenticeships, to meet the demand of the future while focusing on today's business needs, aligned with leaderships expectations - to become potentially employable by same organizations.
Through TEBSA, apprentices will develop purpose, social talents, grow quality relationships, identify, and build social and business opportunities that aligns with employer's expectations - coached and guided by our field experts online.
Our apprenticeships are project-based, which means that apprentices will gain practical experience working on real-world customized employers' projects - building a portfolio that showcases their capabilities to help employers.
Our apprenticeships are designed in collaboration with industry partners and field experts, ensuring that apprentices will gain the talents and knowledge that are in demand in today's and future jobs' markets. Apprentices will learn practical talents that they can apply on the job from day one.

42 days ( 6 weeks) - Expected hours during the 42 days:
Optional– organization could choose to have apprentice complete their initial training online first before joining office, and then start office apprenticeship to complete the remaining 4 weeks of TEBSA training to ensure successful implementation with the support of TEBSA mentors.
Duration is customizable - Apprenticeships duration is customizable to align with employer's needs.
Online community support - available to help apprentices address and overcome any challenges during the tenure of their employment.
Apprentices will receive a Certificate of Completion to show employers the experience they have acquired and the value they can now bring them.
